Eligibilty Criteria

Exam Age Criteria

The candidates applying for the post of or PO need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria which include having the minimum education qualification, age limit, nationality, total attempts allowed, and much more. The upper and lower age limits for the individuals applying for the PO and exam will be different.

Candidates who are older than 26 years will not be allowed to apply for the Federal Bank PO exam while the ones who want to give the exam, must not be older than 24 years as on the date mentioned in the official notification. Candidates not meeting the age limit criteria will not be permitted to write the exam.

Federal Bank PO/ 2022 Exam Education Criteria

To apply for the Federal Bank PO, it is vital for the candidates to have a Postgraduate degree in any stream, but it must be from a recognized college while the candidates applying for the must have either a Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream. No candidate applying for Federal Bank PO/ must have a lesser than 60% marks from class 10th onward. Also, their percentage score in graduation or PG must be at least 60%.

Officers

  • Candidates applying for the officer rank post must have completed their PG with at least 60% marks in any discipline. Before applying, make sure that the university or college from where you have obtained a PG degree is a recognized University established by an Act of Parliament.
  • The test must complete their PG with the minimum marks required.
  • Moreover, they must have completed their studies in a regular mode of study.
  • Candidates must have a good academic record and have obtained at least 60% marks in class 10th till the completion of their schooling.
  • Candidates having a graduation or PG degree are allowed to apply. Scoring at least 60% marks in any discipline is required.
  • Candidates who have the highest qualification as Graduation must have completed their studies during the prescribed years.
  • Candidates who have completed their schooling in a regular mode are eligible to apply.
  • Getting at least 60% marks from the 10th class onwards is another mandatory eligibility criterion that needs to be fulfilled.

Location:

  • Candidates who are residents of states like Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, New Delhi, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, or West Bengal, are allowed to apply for the officers' post at the Federal Bank.
  • The place of domicile of candidates who want to get selected for the s must be Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, New Delhi, Punjab, or Tamil Nadu.

Candidates applying for any of the posts including Officers must be Indian citizens.

Exam Pattern

The candidates will be shortlisted for the post of PO based on their performance in the Online test, Group discussion, and how they performed in the Interview will also be considered while preparing the list of the shortlisted candidates.
