The Community Health Officer exam is conducted by the National Health Mission of Conducting State to recruit domicile candidates and the exam happens only once a year. The exam was held on April 2025. NHM (National Health Mission), Madhya Pradesh has released the notification to recruit the candidates for Community Health Officer positions.
Registration
The steps to fill out the application form are given below:

The educational qualification for appearing for the Community Health Officer examination is tabulated below:
- The candidates applying for the CHO examination should have completed B.Sc. (Nursing), post-basic B.Sc. (Nursing). Or The candidate must have completed BAMS from a recognized Institute.
