Eligibilty Criteria

The Odisha High Court (OHC) will shortly revise the Odisha High Court ASO Eligibility Criteria in the upcoming Assistant Section Officer (ASO) official announcement. Before applying for the position, aspirants must check the Odisha High Court ASO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria to determine if they are qualified for the position.

Education Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Adequate knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • Fluency in Odia language (written and spoken).

Odisha High Court ASO 2022 Age Relaxation

To apply for the position of Odisha High Court ASO, the candidates must be at least 21 years old and no older than 32 years old. Age relaxations are however there, which are based on category. The categories and associated age relaxations are listed in the table below.

  • The duration is 2 hours.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 33% (Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe) and a maximum of 40%. (Others)

Odisha High Court ASO Mains Exam Pattern

  • Except for English, the rest of the test is objective.
  • The duration for English and Mathematics is two hours, and the duration for General Awareness and Reasoning is one hour.
  • Applicants must acquire at least 33% of the total marks (Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe) & 45% of the total marks (Others)
