Postal Assistant Educational Qualifications

The minimum education qualification to apply for the job of a postal assistant is that candidates should have passed their Senior Secondary or 12th class exams. However, candidates with a higher level of education can also apply for the vacancy.

Postal Assistant Age Limit

Candidates aspiring to become Postal assistants must fulfill the age limit criteria. While the minimum age for the aspirants is 18 years; the maximum age varies according to the category they belong to:

Postal Assistant Nationality Criteria 2022

  1. A Citizen of India
  2. A subject of Nepal or Bhutan
  3. A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 01, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India
