About
Railway Recruitment Board is going to invite the online application for both the men and women for the post of Lab Assistant. The official notification is all set to release in 2022 and the recruitment procedure for the railway lab assistant will start soon for the candidates who are in the age group of 18-33 years and graduated in the science stream.

Registration
The candidates who are going to apply for the application form are advised to follow the procedure given below:
Step 1: Open the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board
Step 2: Click on the advertisement given for the Lab Assistant Step 3: Open the Application form and register yourself
Step 4: Fill in all the necessary details like name, father’s name, address, educational qualification, etc.
Step 5: Attach all the documents like your Aadhaar card, Intermediate certificate, graduation degree, and other important documents required.
Step 6: Upload your recent and self-attested passport size photograph and signature
Step 7: After filling in all the details carefully and correctly submit the application form
Step 8: Pay the application fee
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are willing to fill the form of Railway Lab Assistant Recruitment 2022 are required to fulfill certain criteria and to be eligible to sit in the examination. Here are the details of the eligibility criteria:
Railway Lab Assistant Age Limit
The minimum age limit of the candidates belonging to both reserved and unreserved categories is 18 years and the maximum age limit of the candidates is set to 33 years by the commission.
There is also age relaxation depending upon the category of the candidates, the full list is given below:

Railway Lab Assistant Educational Qualification:
Intermediate:
All the applying candidates are required to pass their Intermediate (10+2) with science stream.
Graduation:
- Candidates should be graduated in B.Sc. with biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Life Science
- B.Sc. with Chemistry and Biology as main or as optional/subsidiary subjects or equivalent
- 2 years course of Diploma in Medical laboratory technology (DMLT) or equivalent
Or
- B.Sc. in Medical Technology from a recognized Institution

Exam Pattern
The Railway Lab Assistant Recruitment examination is conducted in three stages. The first stage includes the written examination:
