About
VITMEE or Vellore Institute of Technology Masters Entrance Examination is conducted every year for admission to postgraduate M.Tech/MCA courses offered at the VIT campuses in Andhra Pradesh, Bhopal, Chennai, and Vellore.
Latest Notification
VITMEE 2023 - Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will soon release the VITMEE 2023 application form at the official website. Applicants are advised to must check the VITMEE eligibility criteria 2023 before filling the application form. The application process of VITMEE 2023 comprises registration, filling form, uploading documents and payment of fee. VITMEE 2023 exam will be conducted in online computer based mode for a duration of 2 hours.
Registration
Candidates who fill the form before last date will be issued VITMEE admit card 2023 a few days before the exam. Applicants appearing for the exam must refer to the VITMEE 2023 exam pattern and syllabus for their effective preparations. Candidates can also go through the VITMEE previous year question papers to check important topics and chapters asked in the exam previously. VITMEE 2023 exam date will be notified soon at vit.ac.in. - Register on the official website with the required information
- Candidates need to login in with their registered email id and password concerned.
- Fill in the form the necessary academic and personal information accordingly by reading each bit carefully.
- Candidates need to upload passport size photographs and scanned signatures.
- Upload mark sheets of all semesters. Candidates who are appearing in the final year examination can upload 6-semester mark sheets. Aadhar Card is also to be uploaded mandatorily.
- Aspirants need to pay the application fee of INR 1200 once the form is submitted. Various payment options are available such as a Credit/Debit card or via Bank Transfer.
- Print the form for future preferences.

Eligibility Criteria
Vellore Institute of Science and Technology has specified the eligibility criteria for admission to MCA and M.Tech programs.
- Candidates should have graduated with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
- Students appearing in final year examination can also apply for VITMEE 2022. However provisional certificate is required to be produced before the selection process- August 15, 2022.
- Candidates should have a consistent record in Class X and Class XII.
- The candidate must be a citizen of India and have graduated from institutions located in India.
- Foreign and NRI/PIO applications are to be made separately. These candidates can visit International Relations Tab at VIT official website- www.vit.ac.in

Counselling
Mode of Counselling: Offline
The exam conducting authority will conduct the VITMEEE counselling process 2022. Candidates who registered for VIT Master's Entrance Examination will be shortlisted for participating in the VITMEE 2022 counselling and seat allotment process based on VITMEE 2022 scores/ranks. Candidates shortlisted for VITMEE counselling 2022 will be intimated through SMS on registered mobile regarding the interview/counselling process schedule.
To participate in VITMEE 2022 counselling, candidates have to pay the requisite fee which is a refundable amount. In addition to this, candidates are advised to carry original documents along with a set of photocopies for the purpose of verification. The fee paid at the time of VIT counselling will be adjusted in the tuition fees after candidate joins the VIT University.
Syllabus
VITMEE 2022 Syllabus is divided into two parts – 100 questions will be asked from technical course candidates have been opted for while 20 questions will be asked from English Communication. This is mandatory for all courses.
