The WB Excise Constable Recruitment Exam is divided into two stages. The details of both stages is listed in detail below.
A total of 100 questions will be asked in the preliminary exam and the total marks will be 100. Each incorrect answer will lead to the deduction of 1/4th marks. The duration of the exam will be one hour.

After a candidate qualifies for the PMT/PET, the third and final stage will be a written test. Candidates who will appear for this exam will edge closer to recruitment.
