Masters' Union Gurugram offers full-time UG and PG programmes in the field of Management.
The flagship course is the PGP in Tech and Business Management (PGP-TBM).
Admission to UG programmes is conducted through the Masters' Union Business Aptitude and Admission Test (MUSAT).
Final selection is based on performance in the aptitude test followed by a Personal Interview (PI).
For UG programmes, CUET, SAT, JEE, or MUSAT scores are accepted but are not mandatory.

This tech & business schools’ Careers Department reported in its first-ever internship survey that their list of top recruiters include renowned consultancy firms namely Mckinsey, BCG, Tata IQ, PWC, EY, and KPMG. Besides these, many versatile top tier brands like BluSmart, Chaayos, and Zomato are also in the list.
Considering their placement opportunities, students have also landed positions in private equity and venture capital at Softbank JV, L&T Private Equity, Orios Venture Partners, and Antler India, which is an exceptional achievement among Indian Business Schools. Many students have also landed special Chief of Staff positions at high-profile companies such as FtCash (500 Startups), Simpl (IA Ventures), Park+ (Sequoia), and Aanswr.
Fintech was also a common option for product management positions, with the newly announced Unicorn - Razorpay attracting the most applicants. Juspay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and IndiaMart were among the domestic product management recruiters, while Bosch and Virtusa hired students for their international offices in Germany and the United States, respectively.
BMW Finance, HDFC, ICRA, ICICI, IndusInd, and Axis Bank all hired Masters’ Union students in the finance sector. bOAt, ITC, Volvo, ABP, Virtusa, and Case Insurance were among the top digital and marketing firms. Long-term consultancy ventures with Coke and Bobble AI were also a popular choice for some students.
Approximately eight students were also awarded an equity-free seed grant from the Masters' Union Innovation Lab to explore their own projects over the summer. Fellowships in blockchain systems and data research were also awarded to a group of students.
Top recruiters such as Google, ITC and Axis Bank visited the campus this year. Quick Commerce companies such as Zepto, Flipkart, Blinkit and Zomato made 39 offers. 40.74% placements came from Mid-Large companies. Startups and Legacy companies recorded 32.72% and 26.54% placements in 2025.
Earlier, a total of 148 recruiters participated, out of which 10 were international recruiters during Masters’ Union PGP TBM placements 2024. Legacy companies offered an average package of INR 31.15 LPA with an offer distribution of 32.48%. StartUps and Mid-Large companies offered INR 26.45 LPA and INR 27.32 LPA respectively.

Scholarships at Masters’ Union are awarded based on merit as well as financial need.
To qualify, students must score a minimum of 35 out of 45 in the MUSAT (Masters’ Union Scholarship Aptitude Test)
or submit CUET, SAT, JEE, or MUSAT scores for consideration.

Masters’ Union Placements Overview 2025
The highest package recorded for Masters' Union PGP TBM placement 2025 was INR 128 LPA. The average and median package was 33.39 LPA and 27.78 LPA. 23 placements were done in Senior Strategic Roles across the Founder's Office, EIR Positions and Chief of Staff. 11 offers were made for Chief of Staff roles, 12 offers in Data Roles and 5 as Data Scientists.
Quick Commerce companies such as Blinkit, Zomato, Flipkart and Zepto made 39 offers. The distribution of international offers this year was 20%. Out of the total students placed, 40 students opted for entrepreneurship. The average package of international offers in 2025 was 64 LPA.
The age group of PGP TBM Cohort of 2025 was between 21 and 35 years. The batch included 31% female and 69% male students. 39% students were from Engineering background whereas 36% were from Business background. Students from Humanities, Science and Other domains comprised 10.5%, 8% and 6.5% students.
Masters’ Union Placements Report 2025
173 PGP TBM students sought placement through the Institute during Masters’ Union placement 2025. 80% students got advance placements before the course end. 64 campus placement drives were held this year wherein 8 offers were made from the Abu Dhabi drive. 4 offers above INR 1 Crore per Annum were made.
During the placement drive 2025, 55 new Marquee brands participated that included Meta, DP World Dubai, IHC Abu Dhabi, American Express, Airtel and Salesforce.
40.74% placements were offered by Mid-Large Companies. StartUps and Large & Legacy firms made 32.72% and 26.54% offers.

The overall average package recorded for PGP TBM course in 2025 was INR 33.39 LPA. The domestic average package this year was 30.72 LPA. Freshers average package was 28.24 LPA. Top 25% students' average package this year was 54.8 LPA. The middle 80% and bottom 25% average package recorded this year was 29.2 LPA and 22.75 LPA.

Masters’ Union PGP TBM Placements 2025
The overall highest, average and median package recorded during Masters’ Union PGP TBM placement 2025 was INR 128 LPA, 33.39 LPA and 27.28 LPA.
74% of the total students sought placement through the Institute and 17% opted for entrepreneurship. 5% students were independently placed and 2% students joined their family business. The remaining 2% students for other career options. 30 international offers were made this year. The highest international and average package in 2025 was INR 110 LPA and 64 LPA.
Students with zero to eleven months of work experience at pre-MBA level received the highest and average package of 46.22 LPA and 28.24 LPA. The median package was 27.43 LPA.
