Masters’ Union School of Business Gurgaon is a new and fast-growing Business School led by CXOs with a global curriculum. The institute offers a uniquely designed 16-month flagship Post Graduate Programme in Technology and Business Management (PGP-TBM). The institute has introduced MasterCamp programs in 3 specializations namely, Effective Leadership & Executive Presence, Applied Finance and Art of Communication. Despite Covid 19 impact, the institute has managed to get a decent start in 2020 with 65 participants enrolled for its first batch. Check: Master’s Union Courses.
As a part of the admission process, all applicants need to mandatorily undergo Masters’ Union- Business Aptitude and Admissions Test (MU-BAAT). They are also encouraged to submit their valid GMAT, GRE, CAT or NMAT scores, in case they have them. MU-BAAT is a 90-minute computer-based test, which is mandatory for all PGP-TBM applicants. Final selections will be made on the basis of students' merit performance, scores in MU-BAAT exam & other qualifying exams, essay and the case study.

How To Fill Master's Union Admission form 2025
To apply for admission to Master's Union, you will need to follow the steps mentioned below:
- Visit the official website of Master's Union (https://www.mastersunion.org/).
- Click on the "Apply Now" button on the homepage.
- Register by providing your email address, mobile number, and creating a password.
- After registering, log in to your account and fill out the application form with your personal and academic details.
- Upload scanned copies of your academic transcripts, standardized test scores (if required), and other supporting documents such as a resume, essays, etc.
- Pay the application fee online as per the instructions provided on the website.
- Submit your application.
- After submitting the application form, students will be shortlisted based on a 2-minute introductory video and their application.
- Shortlisted students are invited to take an online aptitude test from home or students can submit their SAT score.
- Simulation - Students role-play as a CXO & solve challenges in a team of 5-6 applicants Interview - 1:1 interview with admissions committee.
- After the interviews, the admissions committee will respond with its final decision within 45 days.

Training & Internships
The B-School's Careers Department reported in its first-ever internship survey that top recruiters coming to the B-School for placements include consultancy firms Mckinsey, BCG, Tata IQ, PWC, EY, and KPMG.
Students have also landed positions in private equity and venture capital at Softbank JV, L&T Private Equity, Orios Venture Partners, and Antler India, which is an unusual phenomenon among B-Schools. Many students have also landed special Chief of Staff positions at high-profile companies such as FtCash (500 Startups), Simpl (IA Ventures), Park+ (Sequoia), and Aanswr.
Fintech was also a common option for product management positions, with the newly announced Unicorn - Razorpay attracting the most applicants. Juspay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and IndiaMart were among the domestic product management recruiters, while Bosch and Virtusa hired students for their international offices in Germany and the United States, respectively.
BMW Finance, HDFC, ICRA, ICICI, IndusInd, and Axis Bank all hired students in the finance sector. bOAt, ITC, Volvo, ABP, Virtusa, and Case Insurance were among the top digital and marketing firms. Long-term consultancy ventures with Coke and Bobble AI were also a popular choice for some students.
Approximately eight students were also awarded an equity-free seed grant from the Masters' Union Innovation Lab to explore their own projects over the summer. Fellowships in blockchain systems and data research were also awarded to a select group of students.
