Eligibilty Criteria

Eligibility Criteria For SRMJEEE 2022

Nationality*: Indian citizens, NRIs, holders of PIO/OCI cards issued by the Government of India.
Qualifying Examination: Passed or appearing in Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized central or state board; OR International Baccalaureate (IB) with Diploma, or A-level in any International schools.
Mandatory Subjects: PCM/PCB
Age Limit: Completed 17 years of age as of December 31 f the admission year.

NRIs, PIO/OCI cardholders and international students who have not taken the SRMJEEE exam must apply under the International student category exclusively.

Aggregate marks For SRMJEEE 2022

SRMIST will only consider candidates who have passed the qualifying test in not more than two attempts, including the appearance of progress.

Exam Pattern
  • The SRMJEEE 2022 Exam Pattern has remained unchanged. Last year, however, the same was revised.
  • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English, and Aptitude are the five components of SRMJEEE 2022.
  • B.Tech Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, and Genetic Engineering candidates must take the Biology section instead of the Mathematics section.

SRMJEEE 2022 Admit Card

  • SRMJEEE 2022 Admit Card will be granted only to those whose applications are submitted by
    SRMIST by the deadline.
  • Students can only access their admit cards via the internet at www.srmist.edu.in.
  • SRMIST will not send the admit card via mail or any other offline method under any circumstances.
  • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, English, and Aptitude are all covered in the SRMJEEE
    2022 syllabus.
  • Candidates should be aware that while the Physics, Chemistry, English, and Aptitude components of the paper are all required, they can opt for the Mathematics or Biology section if it is what their degree requires.
  • The SRMJEEE 2022 Syllabus is based on the 12th-grade syllabus for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
  • The English curriculum is built around little comprehension and readings.
  • Number system, profit and loss, number system, geometry, and other topics are covered in aptitude questions.

SRMIST has announced the Phase 2 online SRMJEEE 2022 Counseling Schedule.

  • Candidates will be contacted for the counselling procedure based on their SRMJEEE 2022 rank.
  • For the 7000 seats, there may be two rounds of SRMJEEE counselling. However, only if there remain open seats after the first round of counselling, would the second round take place.
  • Candidates must have their documents validated before arriving at the counselling centre.
  • Candidates must carry the relevant documents with them at all times and only produce correct and legitimate documentation when asked.
  • Only once tuition fees have been paid will candidates be assigned seats.
  • Candidates should be aware that if they fail to show the required documents or pay the necessary amount of admission fees, their assigned seat will be given to the next deserving contender.
