Centurion University is duly recognized as a pioneer is ‘Skill Integrated Higher Education”. Its unique model lays specific emphasis on creating sustainable livelihoods on a national scale in challenging geographies through education that results in employability and sparks entrepreneurship. This model has been recognized by multiple Governments (Central and State), International Organizations such as UNESCO and the World Bank as well as Policy Think-tanks such as the Niti Ayog. Recently, Centurion University’s School of Vocational Education and Training has been recognized as a Center of Excellence by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. It is the only University in India to be recognized as such.

  • Centurion University has been accredited with ‘A’ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Ministry of HRD in November 2015.
  • Centurion University has been granted the status of 12b by UGC making it eligible for Central assistance in December 2016.
  • Centurion University is the only University invited by the Honourable Prime Minister to address the Nation on World Youth Skills Day – 15th July 2015. National Skill Mission was commissioned and Skilling India programme was launched by the Prime Minister.
  • NITI Aayog named Centurion University ​-​Gram Tarang  ​as the best practice ​reference point in the State of  Odisha ​ in their report titled, “State Forward: Best Practices from our States” ​ released by the Honourable Prime Minister on 29th September 2016.
Training & Internships
Centurion University focuses on developing the high potential of the students with various kinds of training as early as possible. The Placement Training starts from the first year till the final year for B. Tech., MBA and other courses by a team of Promoters/ Entrepreneurs, Resource Persons, Placement Trainers and Faculty members. We ensure that our training and development programs are effective and strategically aligned.
Academia-Industry Connect
Centurion University's Academia-Industry Connect program is a unique initiative that aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. The program provides students with practical experience and industry exposure to prepare them for the real world. Through this initiative, Centurion University collaborates with various industry partners to offer internships, training programs, and job placements to students.
