    Training & Internships

    Career Training Process and Evaluation:-

    Career Training is considered as a major part of student development. Continuous training assessments from the first year to the final year, pre-placement tests conducted online via tablets and ERP are prototypes of assessments in industries which prepares the learners for corporate life.
    University offers various industry certified courses for enrichment. There is also an industry internship component for getting hands on experience ( IBM, CCNA, Ashok Leyland, Cafe Coffe Day, Yamaha motors, Tata Motors and Godrej, SAP India Institute of Welding certificate courses).
    Academia-Industry Connect
    Centurian University's Academia-Industry Connect is a program aimed at bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry needs. The program is designed to provide students with practical exposure and industry-specific skills to enhance their employability.
    Through this program, Centurian University collaborates with leading industries and organizations to offer training, internships, and employment opportunities to its students. The university also invites industry experts to conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to give students insights into industry trends and practices.
    The Academia-Industry Connect program also encourages research and innovation by promoting industry-academic collaborations. It provides students with access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources, such as research labs, incubation centers, and technology parks, to work on real-world projects and develop solutions to industry challenges.

    Centurian University encourages its students to undertake industry projects as a part of their curriculum. These projects are designed to give students hands-on experience and exposure to real-world scenarios.     The Centurion University Bhubaneswar placements 2021 concluded with 1,102 offers from 142 participating companies. The Engineering stream recorded the highest placement rate of 86%. Centurion University Bhubaneswar Placements 2021: The median package for BTech increased by nearly 9% when compared with 2020.
    Centurion University has a dedicated Placement Cell that provides training and placement opportunities to its students. The university has collaborations with over 200 leading companies across various domains such as IT, manufacturing, finance, and more. The Placement Cell organizes on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
