Centurion University is duly recognized as a pioneer is ‘Skill Integrated Higher Education”. Its unique model lays specific emphasis on creating sustainable livelihoods on a national scale in challenging geographies through education that results in employability and sparks entrepreneurship. This model has been recognized by multiple Governments (Central and State), International Organizations such as UNESCO and the World Bank as well as Policy Think-tanks such as the Niti Ayog. Recently, Centurion University’s School of Vocational Education and Training has been recognized as a Center of Excellence by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. It is the only University in India to be recognized as such.

Centurion University has been granted the status of 12b by UGC making it eligible for Central assistance in December 2016.

Centurion University is acknowledged by the United Nations for works done in reaching the underprivileged through employment linked skill development.
Centurion University’s Engineering programme is ranked 81 in All India National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in April 2016 by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Initiative, Government of India.

Career Training Process and Evaluation:

Career Training is considered as a major part of student development. Continuous training assessments from the first year to the final year, pre-placement tests conducted online via tablets and ERP are prototypes of assessments in industries which prepares the learners for corporate life.
University offers various industry certified courses for enrichment. There is also an industry internship component for getting hands on experience/ ( IBM, CCNA, Ashok Leyland, Cafe Coffe Day, Yamaha motors, Tata Motors and Godrej, SAP India Institute of Welding certificate courses).
