Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) conducts the state level competitive exams for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) to recruit all the vacancies of the government across the state.
The official notification for the JKSSB JE Recruitment 2022 has not been released yet by the board.
The procedure to apply for the application form of JKSSB JE is given below:
Step 1: The aspirants need to visit the official website JKSSB i.e. https://jkssb.nic.in.
Step 2: Then the next step is to look for the JKSSB JE notification under “What’s New” on the homepage of JKSSB.
Step 3: The JKSSB JE application portal registration page will open up on the new screen.
Step 4: If you are a new user, click on the "new application portal" and complete the registration process of the JKSSB JE recruitment examination.
Step 5: A new page will open up on the screen of the JKSSB JE recruitment portal, where you need to enter the details and remember to keep your login ID and password safe for future login.
Step 6: After that, the candidate needs to fill in the remaining information such as Education Qualification, Category etc to complete the form fill-up of the JKSSB JE recruitment examination.
Step 7: Later, the candidate is required to identify themselves by uploading their scanned photographs and signature, and other required documents within the given format and pixel.
Step 8: Once you have checked all the details that you entered, click on the submit button. You will be redirected to an online payment portal to pay the fees of the JKSSB JE examination. The aspirants can pay for the registration process of JKSSB JE through Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net-Banking or by using Bank E-Challan.
Step 9: The final step is to pay the JKSSB JE application fee, and once you are done with your payment successfully, you can download the application form for future reference.
There will be a total of 120 questions objective-based on the Subject Related Paper (Technical) in the JKSSB JE Recruitment Examination. Below detailed syllabus is given for Civil Engineering.
