PM Narendra Modi Scholarship also is known as ‘Chaatravriti Scholarship Yojana’. The main criterion of this scheme is to aid with financial help to the students who have passed out their 10th.
Advantages of this scheme: It gives the scholarship Rs 80,000 to 25,000 students with science background & worth 10,000 to maths, commerce& other branches.
Eligibility: Students from financially weaker families.
The candidates should have at least a score of 75%.
This scheme has been launched by CBSE to provide scholarships to the only girl child of their parents. The main aim of this scheme is to promote education among girls.
Advantages of the scheme:
Per month 500 Rs will be provided.
The period of the scholarship will be for two years.

Siksha Abhiyan Scholarship scheme is to provide scholarship to financially weaker students. An exam is conducted for the students who want to apply for a scholarship. Then the students are shortlisted for the interview, to apply for categories to avail scholarship. The pattern of scholarship provided is:
1st rank – 25 students – Rs 50,000
2nd rank – 50 students – Rs 40,000
3rd rank – 75 students – Rs 30,000
4th rank – 100 students – Rs 15,000
5th rank – 250 students – Rs 8000

JIO scholarship is to provide financial support to the students who wish to pursue higher studies but are unable to pay their school fees. Scholarship provided will be from Rs 35,000-55,000, which will give annually. The scholarship is available to 2500 students around India.
Eligibility: The candidate must be an Indian citizen. Candidates must belong to Economically Backward Class(EBC).
The candidates must score a minimum of 70% in state board examinations & 85% or higher for students of CBSE & ICSE.

Extra marks Young Scholarship Exam is a scholarship test created by India’s top faculty. It enable students to move toward their dream. The exam duration will be of 2 hours, 300 total marks & total 70 questions asked. The syllabus of the exam is:
Science: 45 questions
Mathematics: 20 questions
Mental ability: 10 questions
Vidyadhan Scholarship is provided by Sarojini Damodaran Foundation, to the students of economically weaker section. This scholarship is the state-specific & the states that fall under this scholarship are Telangana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala. Around 2800 students are provided with is scholarship across these states. The duration of this scholarship is of 2 years but if the students perform well in their academics the scholarship will be extended.
Eligibility: The income of the parents of the applicant candidates must be below INR 2, 00,000.
