Registration
Candidates can now access the CUCET application form 2025 for Phase 1 until May. While filling out the application form of CUCET 2025, the candidates are advised to provide valid personal, academic and contact details. The candidates will also have to pay INR 1000 as the application fee for CUCET 2025. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring for admission to Chandigarh University are required to fulfil all the eligibility conditions before filling CUCET 2025 application form. The prescribed eligibility for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses are as follows:
Eligibility for UG courses:
- Candidates must have secured 50 per cent or more marks in their secondary Education (10+2) from a recognized Board (CBSE/PSEB/ICSE or any other recognized State/National Board).
- Students appearing for secondary education (10+2) in 2023 are also eligible to apply for the CUCET 2025.
Eligibility for PG courses:
- Students looking for admission to postgraduate (PG) courses are required to have scored 50 per cent or more marks in their graduation.
- Candidates must have passed their graduation from the UGC recognised University.
Application Fee
Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs 1000 through net banking, credit card, debit card, HDFC Gateway, and PAYU Gateway.

Reservation
CUCET reservation is the process by which a certain percentage of seats in the participating central universities are reserved for candidates belonging to certain categories. The reservation policy is as per the guidelines issued by the Government of India and is subject to change from time to time. The following is the category-wise reservation policy for CUCET:
- Scheduled Caste (SC) - 15%
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 7.5%
- Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 27%
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) - 10%
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) - 5%
The above percentages are applicable for each participating central university. Candidates who belong to any of the above categories must produce the necessary certificates at the time of admission to claim the reserved seats.
