- First, create an account by clicking on “new registration.”
- Fill out the form with your name, email address, and phone number.
- After clicking submit,’ the system will generate an ID and password for you.
- ‘Login’ through the same, and fill in the required information before clicking save and next.
- Upload all required documents, including signatures and photographs.
- Select ‘fee payment’ and complete the form after payment.

Eligibility Criteria
