Eligibilty Criteria

MCAER PG CET 2022 Eligibility criteria vary from course to course. Given below are is MCAER PG CET 2022 Eligibility

  • Applicants must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in their undergraduate degree course in a related field from a recognized institute/ university.
  • Applicants of the reserved category must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying exam from a recognized institute/ university.

Exam Pattern

MCAER PG CET 2022 Exam Pattern is set by the Maharashtra Council of Agriculture Education & Research. There are ten different exams conducted under the umbrella of MCAER PG CET 2022. The detailed MCAER PG CET 2022 Exam Pattern is mentioned below:

  • MCAER PG CET exam will have a total of 200 objective-type multiple-choice questions.
  • Candidates have to darken the answer to the respective number of the question in the OMR sheet with a black ink ballpoint pen only.
  • Every correct answer will carry 1 mark out of a total of 200 marks
  • More than one answer for a question would be treated as an incorrect answer.
  • There is no negative marking.
  • The answer once marked is final; any change in the option once marked, will amount to an invalid/incorrect response.
  • Scratching, overwriting, tick mark and multiple answers will be considered as wrong answers and no marks will be allotted to them.
Counselling
  • MCAER PG CET 2022 Counselling is likely to begin in the 1st week of October, 2022.
  • Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the MCAER PG CET 2022 and their respective CGPA score in bachelor’s level a merit list would be prepared.
  • Candidates scoring higher marks would be placed higher in the merit list whereas those scoring lower marks would hover at the bottom.
  • Candidates whose names appear in MCAER PG CET 2022 Merit list would be called for the document verification process.
  • After the document verification, candidates would be allowed to take part in the registration and choice locking process.
  • The decision of the board would be final in all regards related to seat allotment and admissions.

MCAER PG CET 2022 Counselling would be done on the basis of:

  1. Candidate’s performance in the MCAER PG CET 2022 merit list.
  2. Choice locked by the candidate at the time of choice locking process.
