AP EAMCET Application Form 2024
- The application process begins by 11th April 2024.
- Applicants will be able to register through online mode.
- Applicants can submit their application form till 1st July 2024 without any late fee.

AP EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2024
General Eligibility:
- Applying Applicants must be Indian nationals or OCI/ PIO to be eligible to apply.
- Candidate must belong to Telangana/ AP state and satisfy local/ non -local status as mentioned by Telangana/ AP Educational Institutions.
Course Wise Eligibility:
For Engineering:
- For Engineering, Applicants must have passed Intermediate (12th) in the field of Engineering/ Technology or its equivalent conducted by BIE Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- Applicants must have passed with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses OR
- Applicants must have passed or appeared in final year of diploma exam in Engineering organized by SBTET, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- There is no upper age limit. Applicants must have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December of the admission year (2024).
- However, in the case of B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Sc. (Agrl.Engg), B.Tech. (Agrl. Engineering) & B.Tech. (FS & T), Applicants must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission (2024). The upper age limit is 22 years for all the Applicants (25 years for ST/ SC) as on 31st December 2024.
For Pharmacy:
- For Pharma D, Applicants must have passed/ appeared Intermediate (12th) with PCM as optional or its equivalent recognized by BIE Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana OR
- Applicants must have passed or appeared in final year of diploma exam in Pharmacy organized by SBTET, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- Applicants must have obtained 45% marks (40% for reserved category Applicants).
- Applying Applicants must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December 2024.
For Agriculture/ Medical/ Pharma -D:
- Applicants must have passed their 12th level exam from a recognized board or university of AP/ Telangana.
- Applying Applicants must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December 2024. The upper age limit is 22 years for all the Applicants (25 years for SC/ ST) as on 31st December 2024.
- For Pharma D, Applicants must have passed/ appeared Intermediate (12th) with PCM as optional or its equivalent recognised by BIE Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana OR
- Applicants must have passed or appeared in final year of diploma exam in Pharmacy organized by SBTET, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- Applicants must have obtained 45% marks (40% for reserved category Applicants).
- Applying Applicants must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December 2024.
AP EAMCET Exam Pattern 2024
- Exam Mode: The entrance exam will be held through online CBT mode.
- Sessions: The exam will be held in two sessions – morning and evening.
- Language Medium: Applicants will be able to appear for exam in Telugu and English language medium.
- Subjects: For Engineering exam, paper will consist of questions from the subjects of Mathematics, Chemistry & Physics. For Agriculture/ medical exam, paper will consist of questions from the subjects of Biology, Chemistry & Physics.
- Number & Type of Questions: There will be total 160 multiple choice questions in the exam. In Engineering – 40 questions in Physics; 80 in Mathematics & 40 in Chemistry. In Agriculture/ medical – 40 questions in Physics; 80 in Biology (40 Botany & 40 Zoology) & 40 in Chemistry.
- Time Duration: Applicants will get time duration of 3 hours to complete the paper.
- Marking Pattern: For every right answer, 1 mark will be awarded. No negative marking will be done for incorrect response.
AP EAMCET Syllabus 2024
The endorsed AP EAMCET syllabus will be as per the prescribed syllabus by BIE, AP for Halfway (12th) level. The questions within the exam will be inquired to test candidate’s information & understanding of the subjects.
For Agribusiness & restorative exam, the questions will be from different points from the subjects – Botany, Zoology, Material science & Chemistry.
