- The General Merit candidates should have passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and should have passed these subjects individually. Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Computer Science or Electronics as one optional subject. However, changes, if any, in the eligibility criteria by the AICTE/VTU will be adopted.

The exam authority will conduct the COMEDK 2024 exam in two shifts Morning and Evening. COMEDK UGET 2024 morning shift exam will be conducted from 9 AM to 12 Noon while afternoon shift will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM. Applicants appearing in the exam have to carry their COMEDK admit card 2024 along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre.
