Exam Pattern of Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board Junior Engineer 2023
The JKSSB JE 2023 exam pattern comprises of the following sections:
Written Exam: The written exam will be conducted in online mode and will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from four sections – General English, General Knowledge, Mathematics, and Engineering subjects. The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
Interview: Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for an interview. The interview will be conducted to test the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of the engineering subject, their personality traits, and communication skills. The interview will carry a weightage of 20 marks.
The distribution of marks and the number of questions in the written exam are as follows:
Section 1: General English – 15 marks, 15 questions
