OTET 2024 - Application Form

Candidates are advised to check the below provided OTET 2024 Application Form details & instructions:
  • Aspirants will be able to fill their application form from 1st week of October to fourth week of  November 2024 .
  • Candidates are advised to check and satisfy all eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
  • OTET 2024 application form will be available to fill through online mode on the website, there will be no offline facility for filling of the form.
  • Fill all the required details in application form like educational, personal, address, category etc.
  • Upload scanned images of photograph and signature in JPG/ JPEG format.
  • Candidates must fill correct details in the application form. No correction facility will be provided later to the candidates.
  • There will be no need to send hardcopy of the filled application form by post to the authority.
  • Candidates are advised to take printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for future purpose.

  1. Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.

  3. Educational Qualification:

For Category I (Paper I) – Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% marks and must have a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education (CT or D.El.Ed).

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 45% marks and must have a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education (CT or D.El.Ed) as per the NCTE regulations 2002.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% marks and must have a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) degree.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% marks and must have a 2-year diploma in Education (Special Education).
For Category II (Paper II) – Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks and must have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks and must have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree as per the NCTE regulations.

OTET 2023 - Rank List

The OTET Rank List is prepared based on the marks secured by the candidates in the OTET exam. The rank list is published on the official website of the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, after the declaration of the result. Candidates who have appeared for the OTET exam can check the rank list by following the steps below:
  1. Visit the official website of OTET, i.e., www.bseodisha.ac.in.
  2. Click on the “OTET Rank List” link on the homepage.
  3. Enter your registration number and password to log in to the website.
  4. The rank list will be displayed on the screen in the form of a PDF file.
  5. Check your name and roll number in the rank list.
  6. Download and take a printout of the rank list for future reference.
