The portal is available to all Madhya Pradesh-domiciled post-matriculating students as well as permanent residents. The scheme’s primary goal is to encourage these students to pursue further education. The scholarship recipients receive their money directly into their bank accounts.
About MPTAAS

The Madhya Pradesh government created the MPTAAS scholarship program as a means of assisting students from Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC) backgrounds with financial aid and educational support. It strives to empower these people by giving them the chance to pursue higher education, which would otherwise be difficult owing to financial limitations. The MPTAAS Education portal, which acts as a single hub for scholarship applications and updates, serves as the program’s operational platform.
Students can access information about the scholarship program, submit applications, and check the status of their scholarships online through the MPTAAS Education site. It offers a practical and open method that makes the application process simple and open to all qualified applicants.
The Madhya Pradesh Tribal Affairs Department, in conjunction with the state government, administers the MPTAAS scholarship. The department is in charge of carrying out and managing a number of programs and projects designed to improve tribal communities and guarantee their socioeconomic and educational advancement.
