Ram Lal Anand College is located in New Delhi, India. It has been one of the University of Delhi’s maintained colleges of since 1973. Mr. Ram Lal Anand was a senior advocate in supreme court, to promote education his college is built on the name of senior advocate Ram Lal Anand.
