Try to engage the listener as much as possible. This will make the conversation a interesting one for both speaker and listener. Listener will feel satisfied as someone is trying to have their views and opinions in the conversation. They will be comfortable listening to the speaker.
8. Use humour:
To make the conversation interesting rather than a boring one, you must include a limited amount of humour. Having humours, enables listener to concentrate on the topic with full interest. This will help you to ease your explanation.
9. Maintain positivity:
Never include negative sentences in your speech, unless it is necessary. The sentences you speak must not confuse the listener. You must clear on what you are speaking to the listener. The sentences must be easy to understand and interpret for the listener. Use of proper sentence is very important because what listener will interpret is what they will follow. So must focus on forming a proper sentence.
