MSBSHSE Exam stands for Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. It is an educational board in the state of Maharashtra, India. MSBSHSE is responsible for conducting examinations for both secondary (Class 10) and higher secondary (Class 12) levels in the state’s schools. MSBSHSE 2023: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is an autonomous education board established in 1965 under the provisions of the Maharashtra Act No. 41. MSBSHSE oversees the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examinations in the state of Maharashtra. 

There are nine divisional boards set up by the MSBSHSE across the state to oversee and conduct HSC and SSC examinations. The nine divisional boards are located in Pune, Mumbai, Amravati, Latur, Kolhapur, Nasik, Aurangabad, Nagpur and Ratnagiri. 

The Board conducts examinations twice a year. The board is also in charge of executing the curriculum and syllabus of all the Maharashtra Board Books and exam timetables. 

Maharashtra SSC Results 2023: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is all set to announce Maharashtra Board SSC Results 2023 by May-end. According to Maharashtra SSC time table 2023, the Class 10th exams 2023 were conducted between March 2 and 25, 2023 in pen and paper mode. MSBSHSE Class 12 board exams were conducted in pen and paper mode. Students can check their 10th result 2023 Maharashtra Board using their roll number and mother’s first name. Exam Pattern

Maharashtra SSC Exam Pattern 2023: The Maharashtra SSC 2023 exam pattern comprises 5 compulsory subjects:

According to the Maharashtra Board SSC time table, the Class 10th exams 2023 were conducted between March 2 and 25, 2023 in pen and paper mode.

Another language paper is available in different language options including Marathi. The minimum percentage of marks required is 35% to obtain a pass result.

In Mathematics and Science, the total marks are 150 each and a candidate is required to obtain at least 52 marks in each subject in order to obtain a pass result in the subject.

The remaining subject exams are of 100 marks each and the candidate requires at least 35 marks to obtain a pass result.

Result

The Maharashtra board declared the SSC result 2023 Maharashtra board on June 2 at 11 am. Students can check their Maharashtra SSC Result 2023 online mode on the official website. As per reports, more than 17 lakh students appear for the Maharashtra SSC exam every year. The number of test-takers in 2021 was 1,575,752.  

As per the data of the year 2020-21, the Konkan region had the highest pass percentage (100).

According to the official data, the pass percentage of girls is higher than that of the boys. In 2021, the pass percentage of the Maharashtra SSC exam for girls and boys was 99.96 and 99.95 respectively.

The subjects of the Maharashtra SSC exam are English, Hindi, Marathi, Mathematics, Science and Social Science.
