However, with newer technologies developing everyday, the hard labour involved in this industries that was once carried out by humans, has been replaced by huge efficient machines. These machineries have dramatically eaten up a large chunk of manual labour required in this industries since the industrial revolution but the same machines have equally made these steel industries much safer to work at. It has encouraged and paved a wider way for skilled labour in today’s world.
