In this blog, I’m going to tell you some of the best online job portals focusing more on the IT jobs for freshers and graduates. Freshers can be the ones who are pursuing degree or the fresh pass outs. Graduates can be fresh pass outs or pass outs 1+ years ago. That is the reason, we split into 3 categories: 1) fresher 2)graduate fresher and 3) graduate(a pass out 1-3 years ago). We will (In this blog, we consider a graduate who is a pass out 1-3 years ago only). Do remember those lines through the entire blog.

eLitmus is one of the best online job portals not only for freshers (both pursuing and graduate freshers) but also for the graduates. One can find several jobs by start-ups and some fortune 500 companies, in various locations of the country from eLitmus. This is a paid one(Don’t hesitate to pay) which is affordable and is worthy for you.
To get hired from the companies on eLitmus ,you have to take a test called pH Test or Hiring Potential Test. It is an assessment exam conducted by eLitmus to check the Aptitude skills of a person. The test includes three sections: the Quantitative section, the Verbal section and the Reasoning section. It also has an optional test to assess the core subject skills. Though the exam doesn’t have any eligibility criteria but the company may put eligibility criteria when you apply. But there are several companies which don’t put eligibility criteria and directly proceed with pH score.
AMCAT
amcat is also one the best online job portals similar to elitmus. Even amcat is very helpful for the students to get hired who are freshers(pursuing and graduate freshers) and graduates. This is a paid (Don’t hesitate to pay) one which is affordable and is worthy for you.
To get hired from the companies on amcat, you have to take their test which is AMCAT (Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test) is a test to evaluate the reasoning Skills, Technical Skills and Aptitude Skills of a candidate who is seeking Job in top MNC’s. To get a job in IT companies as a Software Developer or other role, the test even includes a coding test which plays a major role. Check the entire syllabus of the exam, click this. - Though the exam doesn’t have any eligibility criteria but the company may put any eligibility criteria. But having above 60%-70% above in your academics is highly recommended when you apply for amcat exam.
CoCubes
cocubes is also one of the best online job portals where many companies recruit students for various roles. This exam is also similar to the above ones. You have to take a test of theirs called Pre-Assess, a test which assess your Aptitude. It also includes a coding test where you have to solve 3 coding questions (1 easy, 1 medium,1 hard).
Your chances of proceeding to further rounds of interview depends on your Pre-Assess score. Scoring more than 70% in every section is recommended. Make your final score meter in green area with at least 70% in each section. After the completion of the test, you’ll get your Pre-Asses result with section wise score after few days. Even it will show the suitable job roles based on your score.
