Candidates have to be between the age of 20 and 28 as of December 1, 2019. There are relaxations as per the categories you belong to like:

Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks. For other categories, high school pass certificates are enough.
- Candidates must know how to word processes on the computer.
- Candidates should be fluent in the language of the area they are applying for.
- For the ex-servicemen, they should have at least 15 years of experience in the armed force or should have a bachelor’s degree from a university.
