Due to the death of his wife, who died while giving birth who was delayed to reach the hospital as there was no service of roads, Manjhi decided to break the mountain which stood in the way of the village and hospital.
He started to break the mountain with a hammer and everyone in the village started calling him lunatic. He didn’t listen to any one of them and craved the whole mountain down alone in 22 years. Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar is a beautiful film from1992. Movie follows Sanjay, a young, free and arrogant brat, and his life. Sanjay studies in a low-class school and has to face many difficulties due to it. He was embarrassed and he wasn’t very athletic. But due to an unfortunate incident, Sanjay decides to fulfil his father’s dream of winning a sports cup and trains very hard for it for days and nights. One of the most underrated and unappreciated movies of Ranbir Kapoor is the 2009 bollywood movie, Rocket Singh. The movie is about Harpreet Singh, a B.com graduate and newly appointed in a firm. One of his traits is that he is honest. This trait leads him to demotion and humiliation in the office. So, it is purely my opinion, but THE best movie you can watch to inspire yourself and understand the problems faced by poor people is Iqbal. I’m not even lying, but when I first heard Aashayein song, it gave me goose bumps. And it still does. The plot of the movie revolves around Iqbal, a poor farmer’s boy, who is deaf and mute and he is a great bowler. He has a dream of playing for the Indian team one day.
The movie follows him and his struggles with himself and his father who doesn’t support him. His sister tries to help him by asking Guruji, a former Indian team coach, to coach him. Guruji agrees and trains him for a short period of time until he gets to know that Kamal, a rich brat, is having problems with him. He immediately kicks Iqbal out fearing Kamal’s father. Then Iqbal finds Mohit, an old drunken who once was a great cricketer. Mohit agrees to coach Iqbal, after this anything I say about the movie would be a spoiler.
