The entire family heads over to California on their ‘Family Bus’ to attend the pageant which Olive wants to participate in. This film slowly turns into an exciting road trip journey of a family dealing with bankruptcy. The characters have a lot to offer to this entertaining movie, the chemistry between them made me feel attached to each and every one of them. It is so interesting to see how the film escalates into something crazier every second, and you literally lose your breath when you witness Olive dancing her heart out in front of a judgmental audience, unapologetically being herself and not caring about what the world thinks of her. This film teaches us to enjoy our life even if everything is falling apart, it also tells us how our closed ones will always support us and encourage us and we need to keep these special bonds really close to us. This movie is hopeful and filled with wonders, it tells us that life is unpredictable and anything can happen any moment- so we need to make the most out of every situation.
The Pursuit of Happyness (2006)-
This masterpiece directed by Gabriele Muccino is a beautiful tale of a man, Chris Gardner, who is extremely broke and is managing to put his life back on track by working hard every day. His wife recently left him making him a single father with a son, his struggles and hardships makes this film extremely inspiring for us viewers. The beauty added to this story is the bond between Chris and his son, it is mesmerizing and extremely emotional. I cried immensely which watching this movie. This movie gives us a sense of hope and inspires us extremely. Watching Chris work hard and ultimately being a financial achiever fills our heart with warmth and inspiration. This story is extremely realistic and straight-forward, it tells us to never give up on our dreams and aspirations. It also adds family value to us, tells us that our family members can do anything for us.
Dead Poets Society (1989)-
This thought provoking and inspirational film is directed by Peter Weir. This film has the capacity to inspire and encourage us in enormous ways. It’s a tale about a teacher, John Keating, who inspired and encouraged boys from the Dead Poets Society to think imaginatively and creatively. John Keating embolden the boys to create well-known art, poetry and stories. This film teaches us the role a teacher could play in shaping our life and molding our minds. John Keating, used his deep love for literature and imparted his knowledge effectively to the young boys. This film has been an educational tool for centuries, the power of this film is boundless and it put emphasis on the value for education.
